The following trials and applications are listed for this term:

17, 18 or 19 June, there will be the hearing of the final day of the 16th CMC in the case of Various Claimants v MGN before Mann J.
20 June 2019, there will be a 1 day hearing the case of Astra Asset Management UK Ltd & ors v Musst Holdings Ltd
2 July 2019, there will be a 3 day trial in the case of Diamond Services SE Ltd v Ogedengbe. This is a claim for breach of contract and online defamation. The background can be found in decision of 16 April 2018 on an application to set aside a default judgment  EWHC 773 (QB)
9 July 2019, there will be a 3 day trial in the case of Boyo v Lloyds Bank Plc.
16 July 2019, there will be a 1 day hearing in the case of Yavuz v Tesco Stores Ltd & anr
22 July 2019, there will be a 2-3 day trial in the case of Fentiman v Marsh (see above).
