Civil ProcedureThose looking to serve a privacy claim out of the jurisdiction on a non-EU defendant will be interested in the news that a new jurisdictional gateway will soon be inserted into the CPR for claims in breach of confidence and misuse of private information where the relevant acts are committed and/or detriment is suffered within the jurisdiction.
