Natalie Munroe filed a federal civil rights suit under 42 U.S. Code § 1983 against the Central Bucks (Pennsylvania) School District, its Superintendent N. Robert Laws, and Principal Abram Lucabaugh, alleging that “the school administration harassed and eventually terminated her after discovering a private blog in which Munroe has expressed criticism of the school, her co-workers, and her students.” Munroe v.
