Note that this term the Court of Appeal granted permission to appeal in the case of Burki v Seventy Thirty Ltd (hear by 5 December 2019) and permission to appeal has been refused in the cases of: Monir v Wood (27 March 2019); Greenstein v Campaign against Anti-Semitism (25 March 2019) and Ashraf v Dunya News (22 March 2019)
