The table of “Cases 2010-2011” contains the links to the full judgments – usually on the invaluable Bailii website – of all the significant media law cases over the past two years (and one or two others which are difficult to find). We have also included links to the case comments on this blog and on other useful sites such as the barristers’ chambers 5RB and One Brick Court and the RPC Privacy Blog. We have also included links to some other blogs such as UK Human Rights Blog where there are useful case comments.
We have improved and tidied up the table of “Forthcoming cases” – which deals with both cases which are listed for hearing and ones which have been heard where judgment is awaited. All suggestions for further cases to include are welcomed.
Finally we have updated the table of “Privacy Injunctions” cases which contains all the significant judgments and hearings over the past two years. Again, we have included links to case comments on the various websites and blogs.
We would like to thank Judith Townend for her assistance in suggesting this way of dealing with the Tables and converting the old tables into this more accessible format.
We welcome readers’ suggestions for improvements – cases which should be added or other “case comment links”
