New anti-stalking legislation slow to get convictions – Suzanne Higginson
12 10 2013In November 2012 the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (the Act) was amended to include two new specific offences of stalking; stalking (Section 2A) and stalking involving fear of violence or serious alarm or distress (Section 4A).
