The high level of activity in the Courts in the early weeks of October appears to have abated. The first libel jury trial of the year has still not taken place. The next one in the list appears to be Ronaldo v Telegraph Media Group, due to begin on 8 November 2010 before Mrs Justice Sharp and a jury. Continue reading
